What Non-Refundable Means
- Fees will not be returned in cash, bank transfer, or any other monetary form
- Absence from classes, personal reasons, or change of mind does not entitle a refund
- Partial completion of a course does not qualify for a pro-rated refund
- Non-attendance or dropping out after the first class forfeits the full fee
Exceptional Circumstances
In very rare cases (e.g., a class batch being permanently cancelled by NexSkill management), the institute may at its sole discretion offer a fee credit or transfer โ not a cash refund. Any such decision rests entirely with NexSkill management.
Module-to-Module Conversion
If you are enrolled in a modular course structure, you may convert your enrollment from one module to another module within the same or related program. This allows you to pivot your learning path without losing your financial commitment.
Conversion Conditions
- Conversion request must be submitted in writing (email or form) to the admissions office
- The target course/module must be currently offered and have an open batch
- Conversion is subject to seat availability in the desired program
- If the new course/module has a higher fee, the student must pay the difference
- If the new course/module has a lower fee, no refund of the difference is issued โ it may be credited as an extension
- Conversion is allowed only once per enrollment cycle unless approved otherwise by management
- Conversion must be requested before completion of more than 50% of the enrolled module
| Situation | Policy |
|---|---|
| New course costs more | Student pays the difference |
| New course costs less | No cash refund โ credit applied |
| Same cost | Direct conversion, no extra charge |
| After 50% completion | Conversion not permitted |
| Course not available | Credit held for next intake |
NexSkill AI programs are structured in progressive modules. A student enrolled in Module 1 may choose to extend their learning by enrolling in Module 2 or higher, continuing their journey without starting over.
How Extension Works
- Extension is available for programs that offer multi-module structures (e.g., Digital Growth Marketing, Full Stack Web3)
- Students who complete a module in good standing are eligible to apply for the next module
- Extension fees are calculated based on the additional module's standard pricing
- Alumni discounts may apply โ check with your admission counselor
- Extension must be confirmed before the next batch commences to guarantee a seat
- Attendance and conduct standards from the previous module must have been satisfactory
Extension vs. Conversion
| Feature | Conversion | Extension |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Switch to a different course/module | Continue to the next module |
| Additional fee | Difference in cost (if any) | Full next-module fee applies |
| Timing | Before 50% completion | After module completion |
| Prior enrollment credit | Applied to new course | Not applicable |
